Charles Verruggio

Charles Verruggio serves as Vice President of Real Estate for Costa Land Company. Mr. Verruggio has more than 7 years experience in the financial services industry where he held various roles in advising private clients on financial planning matters and specialized in helping clients on how to most efficiently manage their assets.

With his unique combination of analytic, asset management, client service and research skills, Charles not only assists Costa Land Company in finding potential new investment deals but is also responsible for the due diligence and analysis of current and prospective projects. In addition, he is also actively involved in managing tenant relationships and supports the day-to-day financial operations of the firm.

An alumnus of both the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Verruggio graduated from Pitt with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business in 2000. He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Accounting from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 2005. As a recent hire, Charles looks forward to being actively involved with the Pittsburgh Carson Scholars Fund.
