Kourtney Diaz, Esquire

Kourtney Diaz is General Counsel of Costa Land Company. Kourtney is responsible for all U.S. legal and compliance related matters and advises the company on real estate leasing, financing, acquisition and disposition, as well as corporate governance issues. She also oversees the work of all outside counsel and manages litigation matters for the company.

Prior to joining Costa Land Company, Kourtney was an associate attorney in the Real Estate and Capital Markets group of McGuireWoods, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Kourtney started out her legal career with the boutique construction and real estate law firm of Carey, O’Malley, Whitaker and Mueller, P.A. in Tampa, Florida.

Kourtney is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida. She graduated cum laude from The Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA where she was a member and articles editor for The Duquesne Law Review. Kourtney did her undergraduate work at the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA.
