PITTSBURGH HILTON HEAD ASSOCIATES, LP ANNOUNCES LEASE SIGNING WITH THE BLUFFTON BEAR COMPANY d/b/a THE BEAR MILL 

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – Pittsburgh Hilton Head Associates, LP is proud to announce The Bear Mill as the newest addition to Hilton Head Village Shopping Center, located in Bluffton, South Carolina. The teddy-bear retailer will join anchor tenants Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Marshalls.

Alfonso Costa, President of Pittsburgh Hilton Head Associates, negotiated the lease agreement.

The Bear Mill is a worldwide teddy bear stuffing company, with locations in 30 countries. Customers select from a variety of animals to self-stuff and then choose clothing and accessories for their new toy.
