THE DRESS BARN, INC. 

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – Long Meadow Associates, LP is proud to announce Dress Barn as the newest addition to Plaza at the Pointe Shopping Center, located in North Fayette Township. The women’s specialty clothing retailer will join other national tenants including Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, and ULTA.

Alfonso Costa, President of Long Meadow Associates, negotiated the lease agreement.

Long Meadow Associates is a real estate development, investment, and management firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Dress Barn, Inc and its subsidiaries operate a chain of women’s specialty stores mostly under the names Dress Barn, Dress Barn Woman, and Maurices. It offers casual clothing, suits, jewelry, and accessories and is headquartered in Suffern, NY.
