COSTA LAND COMPANY, INC. NAMES MONICA FORTUNA AS
FINANCIAL OFFICER 

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – Costa Land Company and its subsidiary companies are pleased to name Monica Fortuna as Financial Officer. Her principal duties will include preparing monthly financial projections, reconciliations, and property billings in addition interacting with the company’s affiliated financial institutions.

Costa Land Company is a real estate development, investment, and management firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Fortuna is a 2006 graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing Management.
