COSTA LAND COMPANY, INC. NAMES SAMANTHA HIRSHBERG AS ASSET MANAGER  

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – Costa Land Company and its subsidiary companies are pleased to name Samantha Hirshberg as Asset Manager. Her principal duties will include overseeing the management and operations of nearly one million square feet of Costa Land Company’s commercial real estate portfolio.

Costa Land Company is a real estate development, investment, and management firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Hirshberg is a 2002 honor’s graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative nonfiction writing and holds her M.Ed. in Secondary English Education.
